Well, it's over and it went well..
Our parents met last night and Brad did a fabulous job cooking dinner for everyone! There seemed to be no drama and everyone got along.
My Dad, 'Wally', did talk a lot but I guess that's not a bad thing?
I made a few appetizers and Brad grilled steaks and shrimp along with making twice-baked potatoes.
Good stuff.
The Buddy got in on the action as well with my Mom bringing him his birthday gift(his bday is next Friday..and yes, I'm having a party).
Now -- it's Mother's Day and Brad is with his family and I'm with mine..

Grilled steaks and twice baked potatoes are my favorite things to make when having people over for dinner. You can't go wrong with that.
So glad it went well! Dinner looks good.
