Shelby's actual birthday fell on a Thursday and it was a super busy day for me at work.
I originally had hoped I could take the day off but December is our busy month with year end stuff so just not possible.
So, it was routine as usual!
Daddy woke her up and took her to school.
'Wake up sleepy-head! It's your birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
Good mood as usual.
Daddy was the best in capturing this moment.
She spent the day at school then we came home, took our usual wagon ride to walk Budster and then played with some toys.
These Christmas cookies are some of her favorite!

Then, time for dinner.
I cooked and we had a family dinner.
Then it was time for her cupcake!
After that it was playtime.
And, hug time.
Oh, my goodness.
I can't believe it's been 1-year.
1-year of life and one year that Brad and I have been parents.
Who would have thought???
