Happy Father's Day!

We're headed to the lake today but before we go I thought I would take time to wish all the dads out there Happy Father's Day!!

I also thought I would share a bit about my Dad.
There's a lot to tell such as: war hero, survivor, provider and much more. BUT.. in recent times I have reflected about the one thing that my Dad started teaching me at an early age. What is that you ask?

To set goals...sounds stupid but I think that a lot of parents don't do this like they should. I remember having a chart on the back of my bedroom door with small, simple goals such as -- make an A in science.

I have to admit - that I think back at this and I still set 'small' and 'big' goals for myself just like when I was a kid.

Thanks Dad!! love you much(even though he never reads this blog)!! LOL!! Have a good weekend blogging peeps.
