It was pretty special for so many reasons. We'll start with the rehearsal at the hotel.
Here we are with the Chaplain getting filled in on what to do.
Both of our immediate families were there along with my Maid of Honor Rebekah and her hubby Rob. Check out SIL Robyn's sexy tights!
This is where it gets special. My brother, Wesley, has not met Brad at all at this point. I mean..ever..ever..
I had him escorting our Mom down the aisle.
When low and behold at the end of the aisle is Brad! So glad my cousin caught this moment on camera. I was in the back and had forgotten that he was up there! So Cool!
My Dad walking me down the aisle at the rehearsal.
Then Brad and I rehearsing.
Then to the rehearsal dinner. Again, with my brother Wes. He's five years older than me and lives outside Baton Rouge with his 3 children. Two of whom came to the wedding. More on that in another post.
Me with my old picture display. As you can see I chose the sexy dress for the dinner.
My pretty friends. Christina, Kathleen and Dawn.
The room at the historic Dunhill's Monticello Restaurant.
Our table. Our parents and the Chaplain and his wife.
My last countdown to wedding gift from Beth in person!

Then it was toast time. Brad's Dad as the host of the party wanted to get it up and thank everyone and toast us. He totally broke down and started crying. It was so darn sweet. Of course, the boys are still giving him a hard time saying 'he cried like a little baby'. HAHA!
Then, Rebekah gave her Maid of Honor toast. I let her off on doing it at the actual wedding. She talked about our days in Jr. High, High School, College and VEGAS!
My brother also gave the sweetest toast talking about the day I came home from the hospital and how much his three children look up to me. It was very touching.
Then after the dinner we went back to the sports bar at the hotel where we told everyone else to meet us after the dinner.

Then, I got up and cried like a baby as I thanked our parents. Brad calls me the Stephen's family spokesperson now since during all of our engagement/wedding events I did the public speaking. LOL!
He's not much for being the center of attention.
Then after the dinner we went back to the sports bar at the hotel where we told everyone else to meet us after the dinner.
I was totally overwhelmed when we walked in there. There must have been 75 people waiting for us. Unbelievable!
Here I am with my nephew Preston at the bar. Such a great kid. He's the oldest of my brother's children. I was only 14-years old when he was born. Now he's about to turn 21!
