It may be the 2nd day of March but the weather forecasters were right and we got slammed by snow last night here in Charlotte! Snow is fun if you don’t have to be out and about in it as many people found out last night traveling on I-85 south of Charlotte. There were so many wrecks on the interstate that crews shut the road down until they could get things cleared up. As you can see in the picture below – people were stranded there overnight. I’m sure glad I was at home playing with my dog Buddy in the fluffy snow instead of in that mess.
Buddy and I just love snow! I’ve posted one of my favorite pictures of the two of us in the mountains a couple of years ago – compliments of my awesome photographer friend Kara.
BTW – I am not taking a snow day – I came to work to be able to make some $$$.
