The year was 1980.
Me and my cousins playing on the swing set at my Aunt Jane's house in Hot Springs, Arkansas. That swing set didn't come down until some of us were in college! No kidding! HA!
I think there must have been a kiddie pool nearby hence why we are all in our swimsuits.
I've posted about cousins on here before. Read here. There's one cousin missing in this picture though and I post about her ALOT.
Anyhoo..are you close with your cousins? I think they are the best. I hope when we have kids they can be best buds with their cousins as well. Happy Thursday!

Cute stuff! I only have one 1st cousin. He and his wife live in FL and we have kids the same age. I wished we lived closer because the kids love hanging out and I would love to hang out with my cousin and his wife more. Jann (Life with Boys) is my mom's cousins daughter. Our families have always been close. I miss Jann so much and wish we lived closer too! We are meeting up with the families in March at Disneyland! Woo Hoo!

SO cute! I have 11 first cousins who we were all so very close growing up. We have all kids today and simply don't see each other enough!
Growing up I spent tons of time with cousins. I'm still really close to my oldest cousin, and we're going on our first cousins trip together in a few weeks!
This is so sweet! Unfortunately, I grew up so far away from my cousins that I had these experiences with the girls/guys that are now my BFFs for life. So it's kind of similar...people who have known me my whole life. Just not the people I spend holidays with :)
You guys were so fashionable. Do you know what I love about it? You're all wearing bikinis instead of swimming shirts. No one was afraid of the sun yet.

I have one bestie cousin, cindy! I have 2 first cousins, but we don't speak (their dad -my mom's brother-died when they were little and they kind of forgot about us). We are now friends via FB.....stupid! on the post about your nephew....so sweet. I hope to have a relationship like that with my niece who is 16 almost, but she is so shy so I don't know if it will happen. I love hte pic of yall with you in the white dress!
