Brad has to work all weekend anyway...he's hanging with The Buddy.
So, here's the latest in preparation for this weekend:
#1. I've been working hard kids and I got on the scale this morning and I am 119 pounds!(I'm 5'4 1/2") Granted... I would like to lose 4more by the wedding but that's possible! Right?! I also have a really good tan for the pictures too!! YAY!
#2. I had the last fitting for my dress yesterday and I more excited than I have been since I got engaged! I LOVE..LOVE..LOVE it!
#3. My super-cool friend Ashley is letting me borrow her white fur coat for my photo shoot tomorrow. After all it is a winter wedding and after all I am a Southern Belle.. right?! So very excited!!
#4. The weather is my biggest concern. They are calling for snow or a 'wintry mix' for tomorrow. I literally have 3 friends who are weather people on TV and they all tell me it won't show up until late afternoon. Let's hope so!! While snow might be pretty I so don't want to have to get my dress wet!
#5. We are taking my pictures in Uptown Charlotte(hence why we got a hotel room there). I hope to avoid a lot of the Christmas decorations(more on that in a minute). I have calls in to get permission to shoot inside some of our ever beautiful bank buildings. Cross your fingers!
#6. Super excited about a dinner and a show after the shoot with Mom and my friend Kelli(Crackergate chica).
We are going to see this.....
Ahh... The Nutcracker. I could see it every year. Being a former dancer I just LOVE it!
Now back to the Uptown Christmas decor. Our city decks out. Here's a glimpse.

Animatronical bears that sing Christmas Carols. They appear every year in Founder's Hall.
And.. another tree inside the Corporate Center. Glad no one saw me take this picture. I might have been labeled a potential terrorist!
Well, that's it for today. An update this weekend on how the shoot went BUT no pictures. Boohoo!
