Another year has passed and another LSU Carolinas Crawfish Boil is in the books.
This next weekend I have been living in Charlotte for 11-years and this is by far one of my favorite events.
As for this year's recap?
Super special since it was Shelby's first crawfish boil and first LSU event!
So yummy!!
Jambalaya, corn, potatoes, and mud bugs!
This year was the biggest crawfish boil ever with 175 paying people and 650-pounds of crawfish.
Brad loves this event too as much as I do!
We are always excited to invite non-LSU friends to come with us.
Of course, it was Shelby's first too!
I made sure she was decked out in purple and gold!!
She was so happy the entire time!
As usual there were a ton of raffle and silent auction items.
I love me some Elmer's candy!
It's so great to see people I've been in touch with over the years.
These peeps have seen me bring different boyfriends to these events over the years and now my husband and baby!!

Maggie and Shelby are only a few months apart.
I can't wait to take Shelbs back next year in her LSU cheerleader outfit!

Shelby is seriously one of the prettiest babies I have ever seen! Oh my gosh. Need to squeeze those cheeks in person. And can we talk about how good Zapp's chips are?!?!?!?
