In the last couple of posts you've heard specific areas of the United States that I want to visit and a few of my favorite cities/places that I have already visited.
Now, I'm going to tell you the one city I don't ever care to visit again.

Miami, Florida
I've been twice, once for work and once with my Mom and brother.
It's just not me.
It's a little bit on the cheesy side and it's just not my style.
Don't get me wrong, I had a good time both visits it's just not a place I would ever choose to go again for fun.
There are a few other cities that I'm not fond of either but not as much as Miami.
Are there any cities you feel that way about?

I agree. Miami is no place I'd like to visit again. I also have no desire to ever visit Pittsburgh again. Ever.
Miami can be really annoying. The pretentious people, 20% tip included on everything and that annoying thumping house music everywhere you go. The trick is to surround yourself with a big group of friends and ignore everyone else. Because they do have some nice beaches and great food! But I can only handle it once every 2-3 years! My one place I will never go back to...New Jersey...the whole state...not even on a layover.
just caught up on all your travel posts! I have never been to miami and don't think i want to go, maybe in my early 20's....seems like that type of place. I heart SF and lake tahoe. I love the mountains, but love just about any beach I can lay on too (which is weird bc I'm not a sun person, but love to relax in nature) The list of places I want to go is LONG!!!
