What I'm Wearing These Days

I've always been a bigger fan of dresses versus shorts and pants.

I think it goes back to when I was a little girl and my Mom encouraged  me to wear them making sure I ended up as a true 'girly girl'.

(which I did)

It's also what I feel the most comfortable in too, especially these days!

At 14-weeks pregnant I'm still fitting into most of my clothes except that I can't button most of my pants.

I've purchased a belly band  that allows me to still where them but I find that they're still not as comfortable as wearing a dress.

So, I was super excited when Fresh Produce Clothing contacted me and said they wanted to send me a dress of my choice.

It didn't take me long to decide!

 I chose the Fiji Notcho Dress in the Peri color.

It's even on sale now, even though Fresh Produce clothing is affordable even without a sale.

I chose a size small and it still gives me plenty of room for my small, yet noticeable, baby bump.

I wore it to meet a new friend for brunch yesterday and had Brad take a picture of me so you all could see.

I can't wait to throw this non wrinkle, comfy dress into my suitcase this weekend as I pack for our BABYMOON!

We leave Sunday and are going somewhere tropical!!

Bucks

I don’t claim to be a fashionista.

That’s not what this blog is about.

While I like clothes, I don’t obsess over designers and what pattern they are coming out with next.
I’m not against others who do.
Heck, I even read a lot of your blogs!

Saying that – I have a question.

Are the buck shoes from the 1980’s and 1990’s making a comeback?

Or, are they back and I’m just out of the loop?

I’m asking because I’ve seen a few blogs mention them recently and I thought to myself. WOW!

Brad and I were driving down the interstate the other day and we looked over and saw some guy wearing a pair while riding a motorcycle.

(Not sure that's typical motorcycle fashion, but any way) 

Brad laughed and said, ‘Oh, wow. Bucks. I remember rocking those back in the day. ‘

I didn’t say it to him, but I thought, ‘I think people are rocking those today too. I think they’re back in style.’
