Pink in the Rink

One of the biggest nights for our local hockey team is what is called 'Pink in the Rink', and it's breast cancer awareness night.
All the local breast cancer non-profits participate, and it's literally, a sell-out event.

As many of you may know our SIL, Robyn is a nearly 5-year survivor, and very involved with Carolina Breast Friends.
They've gone to this game every year, but we've never had a chance with travel and so forth, but this year we were in town and hit the town for it.
 A sea of pink!
A bunch of Robyn and Jeff's neighbors came out for the big game along with all the kiddos.
Our friends Keith and LuLu came out with us too.
Of course we were decked out for the occasion!
It had been a long day with running errands and the fairy festival, so we were a bit tired, but had a great time even so!
Nephew Reed had a better time than most though.
He danced the night away!
The night ended with some goofy antics, and we ended back at the house around 11pm.
Thanks to my cousin Alayna and her husband Sean for babysitting Shelby!
She loved it!!
