We enjoyed an entire week of Valentine's fun, not just one day!!
As you may know, I packed up Shelby and Buddy and went and visited my parents for a few days.
As usual, my Mom had the place decked out with Valentine decor!!
It was all about Shelby's first Valentine's Day.
Of course, Buddy wasn't left out.
He enjoyed a Valentine treat too.
We enjoyed a lot of lazy mornings especially since the weather was rainy and nasty part of the time.
Shelby celebrated her 2-month birthday while we were there too.
It fell on Fat Tuesday.
Shelby got acquainted with my 'Sugar Bear' from when I was a child.
The night before we left my Dad treated us to a nice dinner out.
It was Shelby's first dinner in a restaurant.
She's done a lot of lunches out but not dinner.
She was kept entertained by my IPhone.
Pretty amazing if you ask me.
Then Valentine's morning we packed up and headed back home to see our Valentine aka Brad/Daddy.
I heart this picture.
What a big laugh!
She looks just like Brad here.
Speaking of Brad, he was excited to see his baby girl!
Instead of eating out we enjoyed a nice meal at home.
The most perfect Valentine's Day ever!
As I've said time and time again on this blog, we are so amazed when we look back at where we were this time last year.
I was sad, depressed and beginning to think our dream of a baby would never happen.
Gosh, what a difference a year makes!!
Hope your Valentine's Day was as fabulous as ours!!
So happy for you! I adore that picture if you and Shelby and her big laugh! You should frame it for Brad's office for Father's Day.
