Remembering 9/11 and a Visit with the Parents

I wouldn't want to start today's post without acknowledging all those lives lost on 9/11/01.
Click here to read my story of what I was doing that day.
Something I'll never forget.
Right now I'm sitting here at the breakfast table with my Mom and Brad watching the coverage.
So surreal that it has been 10-years.
I will truly never forget.
Hope you're the same.

We arrived here at my parents house on Friday night.
This is our first visit to their new house here in the Eastern part of North Carolina.
It's absolutley lovely.
The pictures in this post are unorganized because blogger isn't cooperating
Here's a shot of their new house from the front.
It's on the 6th fairway at Anderson Creek Golf Course.
We enjoyed wine and cheese both nights...of course.
Buddy begged for everything and ate a little bit of everything.
Today, he's feeling hungover and sick.
Seriously, his tummy hurts.
Brad and my Dad played golf.
I was able to snap a few pictures when they were in front of the house.
A good visit.
We're leaving Buddy here for the week while we drive another 3-hours east for a week at the beach with Brad's extended family.
A view of the back of the house.
I'll be blogging from the beach.
Until then peeps!
