The Holiday Season is in Full Force

It's official! I'm totally into the holiday spirit! This weekend consisted of decorating, baking, cooking and getting my holiday party on!

I'll post pictures of my decor tomorrow but today get ready for party(s) recap!

Friday night was spent at home since Brad was preparing for the ACC Championship where his Hokies beat down Florida State.

No -- I opted out of the tailgate and game because it was 25-degrees and sleeting and snowing! Instead I stayed home and baked and got ready for my friend's (Kelly and Lori) party.

Lori's tree -- sorry for the blurry picture.

Sangria! There was a lot of this consumed!

Festive decor and food!

One of the hosts -- Kelly and I.

Dana and I. Her hubby opted to watch sports with the guys versus come to the party too!

Funny guys. Crazy story -- the one in the back went to LSU too and even played on the golf team. He was one of two LSU alumnis at the shindig.

The other was this guy who was super young and funny(and drunk). Not that most of us weren't tipsy. It's the holidays right?

My other friend Dana and I...

Then the next day I had my Delta Gamma Charlotte alumni cookie exchange.

I made coconut macaroons and peanut butter with hershey kisses.

This next weekend is my annual cookie exchange at my house! Can't wait to do some more baking! I LOVE..LOVE...LOVE it!

Now it's back to work but there are a few other parties this week including the holiday get together for my Jr. League committee!! YAY! for parties!
How is your holiday season so far?

Does going to soccer tournaments count as holiday stuff? JK! You look awesome - congrats on the Hokies - I tried to comment on FB and it wouldn't go through; as my brother and fellow FSU fan said the better team won! Good Job!! I have to do some baking this week! I can't believe I haven't baked anything yet!
